Dr. Josh Klaris is the Executive Director of “North10 Philadelphia”, Malik Brown is the CEO of “Graduate! Philadelphia”, and Atif Bostic is the CEO of “Uplift Solutions”. These are all organizations that are dedicated to improving the quality of life in underserved communities in Philadelphia. Andrea welcomes these guests on the show to talk about the ribbon cutting of the impact center: a building in North Philadelphia that will focus on tackling societal concerns associated with generational & systemic disinvestment. They will do this by providing job training, preparedness skills, and advanced credentialing to provide people with high-quality jobs, and high-income wages.
