Uplift is excited to announce that we have launched a new HVAC and CDL program called F.A.B. Jobs!!! This training center is located within First African Baptist Church, our wonderful partner in this endeavor. The HVAC course aims to prepare participants through education, hands-on training, and certifications to achieve permanent gainful employment in the HVAC and electrical trades, and the CDL certification track will prepare participants to gain permanent gainful employment driving CDL vehicles. Both programs are 12 weeks long, will give students industry recognized nationally portable certifications, and include the life skills training from our Workforce Solutions program: enabling participants to not only further their career, but gain the tools to necessary to maintain that career and grow as an individual.
