
Christopher Rabb

Representative Chris Rabb is a father, educator, author, and social justice activist. As a visiting researcher at Princeton University, he penned the influential book “Invisible Capital: How Unseen Forces Shape Entrepreneurial Opportunity” in 2010. This led to his teaching position at Temple University’s Richard J. Fox School of Business and Management, where he championed social impact as a fellow at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in unionizing 1,500 adjunct professors, securing a significant win for worker rights.
Currently, Rabb serves on the boards of Friends of the Wissahickon and Race Forward. He has also contributed his expertise to organizations such as the Institute for Strategic Leadership at Drexel University’s Bennett S. LeBow College of Business. With a background that includes roles at Demos, the Poynter Institute, and the German Marshall Fund of the United States, Rabb brings a wealth of experience to his work.
