Jack Drummond

Inaugural Director of Restorative Practices

Jack Drummond is an experienced leader, administrator, and adjunct instructor. He currently serves as the inaugural Director of Restorative Practices at the Perelman School of Medicine, University of Pennsylvania. Jack has 15 + years of experience in mental health as an administrator and direct service professional for youth and families. He is also the founder of The West Philadelphia String Music & Mentorship Program, where participants are engaged in the art of music, peace-keeping through restorative practices, and full immersion in a rite of passage experience.

Jack holds a triple Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Education, and Music, and a Master of Education degree in Special Education from Lincoln University. He is currently completing a doctoral degree at the University of Pennsylvania, Graduate School of Education (GSE). Additionally, he is an adjunct instructor at both the University of Pennsylvania and Lincoln University.
